The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The ribs were delicious, but unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and tough; I had requested medium. The pricing also seemed a bit high for the overall experience ££.

Came here all the way from Leicester just for the ribs for my partners birthday. I was told I have to order a starter and a mains, and was not allowed to order just a main. We told them we don’t want a starter, and were told the policy is you have to order a main and a starter! We asked where it stated it on the menu and he said the manager said that’s the policy… so we walked out. Very disappointed but ended up in Jimmys just down the road. Disappointed and won’t be going again!

Restaurant was virtually empty yet the waiter took us to a small booth. When we asked to be moved as it was quite cramped, he took us to another small table. Waiter refused to let us sit at the larger tables saying they were reserved. When we arrived, there were two other couples, and when we left, there was one family of five.
Tried to order the rump (as I had never tried it before) but our waiter advised against it stating it was chewy and not a good cut? He recommended T-bone and sirloin. Opted for sirloin with sides homemade mash and seasonal veg (carrot/broccoli/cauliflower). Initially refused sauces but our waiter stated the steak would be taste too dry so opted for peppercorn sauce.
BBQ ribs were tasty. Steak was well-cooked and well-seasoned. Didn’t require any sauce. Homemade mash didn’t taste like real potato.

Great service and brilliant food. The ribs are larger than expected and delicious. I ordered sea bass and ribs expecting smaller portions but barely managed to finish the plates!

Has to be one of the best places I’ve visited in years! The staff are wonderful made it a special visit for my kids! We had the ribs and fillet and club steak plus the lamb chops! The food was excellent so delicious very well cooked! Prices were fair and the service fast and friendly! We live two hours away but according to my 8 year old we will be back soon as it’s her new favourite place! Thank you so much!
Also my son enjoyed the banter and his Oreo chocolate bar 🤣

The food is delicious been there four times and I travel from Brum to have steaks here. The reason why I haven't given 5 stars is because the service could be a bit more friendlier. The food does not disappoint.

The ambience of this place is a perfect balance between a cozy, family-friendly setting and an intimate spot for a romantic date. The owner is an absolute delight—funny, warm, and incredibly welcoming. If you're a Manchester United fan, be sure to wear your jersey; he’ll have you chatting about football long before you even take your seat!
Despite the restaurant being packed when we visited, the service was impressively quick. My ribs were perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection—so flavorful that they didn’t need any extra sauce or seasoning. The chicken wings? Definitely a must-try!
If you're looking for a great place to enjoy steak, ribs, and quality meats, this spot is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

For the price it was very disappointing. The "seasonal veg" was boiled unseasoned frozen cauliflower, broccoli, and carrot - the kind you would expect in the frozen section of aldi. None of which are actually in season. The service was very rushed - had about 12 seconds to look at the menu before they wanted our order and the bill was just plonked on our table as soon as we finished our steak. Not that we would have ordered anything else but it was odd not to be asked. And, of course, an "optional" service charge was added. Paid over £80 - can get much nicer steak elsewhere for that kind of pricing.

We had very limited time.and were hungry. Asif the manager was absolutely brilliant. he promised us meat in eight minutes and he delivered. The ribs were delicious and tender. The service was attentive and rapid. We would definitely return.
